All I can say is WOW!! I can see why she is dubbed the shimmy Queen. I watched the dvd first and just sat with my mouth wide open! This dvd is challenging and wonderfully done. I am very happy with this purchase. I feel really confident in my shimmy technique and stamina due to this dvd.
