I recently purchased this DVD and it rules! It has great range from really easy shimmes to shimmes that take a lot of practice to master! I practice different shimmes depending on my workout and the DVD chapter menu is very convenient. If you want to drive your man crazy- learn these shimmes! I love this DVD!!
