This is a good video for both enthusiastic beginners and laypersons. The instruction is broken down into clearly arranged,manageable sections. I am especially thrilled about the special attention given to arms and hands. Framing movement and graceful hands are so much a part of this art form and Paulina breaks it down from the get go. Kudos for that! Glad to see more African-Americans represented in this art form. (Why wasn\'t Jindra on the cover as well?). I also would love to have seen the importance of isolation broken down or performed better by Paulina. In any case, this is a fun video to watch and try. I can easily see beginners loving it in a non-threatening space. I especially loved by the final performance at the end by the veteran dancer.
